1. INTRODUCTION

Faselis, Inc. (“Faselis,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy of the information collected from its customers, visitors, and other users (“you” or “your”) of the Faselis cloud-based media relations management platform, which includes our mobile applications, website, and social networking pages (the “Site”) and various features, products, and services available via the Site and or in connection with our platform (the “Services”). The Site and Services are collectively referred to as the “Faselis PR Platform”. We created this Security Policy (this “Policy”) to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Faselis PR Platform.

This Policy is only applicable to the Faselis PR Platform, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site or via the Services, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy.

As a part of Faselis PR Platform, we maintain a media database that includes contact information of media companies and information about journalists. Securing confidentiality of non-public information contained in our database is our priority. For more detailed information regarding the information we collect and how we use it, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

1.2. PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY.

We take the security and privacy of your personal information very seriously and only collect personally identifiable information that is Appropriate for you to use, interact and improve Faselis. As transparency is one of the principles on which our company is built, we aim to be as clear and open as we can about the way we handle security.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not download the Site, access the Services, or otherwise use the Faselis PR Platform.

2. STRUCTURE OF OUR PLATFORM

Faselis PR Platform is a Software Service Solution, a cloud based platform. Please refer to Faselis Sub-Processors List o read more about which service providers we use to provide you Faselis PR Platform.

3. EMPLOYEE PRACTICES

We conduct background checks on all employees before employment, and employees receive privacy and security training during onboarding, additionally we periodically take the time to remind our employees importance of information security.

3. COMPLIANCE

The environment that hosts the Faselis PR Platform services maintains multiple certifications for its data centers, such as ISO 27001 compliance, PCI Certification, SOC reports and more. 4. ACCESS TO OUR PLATFORM

4.1. GENERAL.

Access to our media database is limited only to those of our clients’ employees (“Users”) working in media and press release industry, who want access to our database to contact Media Persons and Media Companies for press release purposes as a part of their job. We encourage our Users to maintain adequate anti-virus software, require employees to sign confidentiality agreements, undergo background checks and training in information security prior to granting any employees access to Faselis PR Platform to avoid any security issues. However, we cannot guarantee that all Users comply with our recommendations.

4.2. REMOTE ACCESS.

As a cloud based platform, we do not access clients’ devices. Access to Faselis PR Platform requires authentication.

5. DATA SECURITY PRACTICES

We have administrative, technical, and physical security measures in place to help prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration. Any information disclosed online can potentially be intercepted and used by unauthorized parties.
